One Month to go!
Today is Feb 27th and exactly ONE month until our official due date! Although I would not be sad if little baby decided to come early at this point. Ben and I completed our 6 week Lamaze classes a few weeks ago and really learned a lot. I highly recommend taking a class to prepare mommy and daddy for D-Day. We decided to try and deliver with out any pain meds, but are not completely ruling out the possibility in the event that labor takes like 48 hours or something. Women have been doing this since the beginning of time right? I am more just trying to focus on the amazing way that the Lord has designed our bodies to handle birth and rest in the fact that my body is going to do what it is designed to do. One funny thing we learned in Lamaze is our teacher showed us a video of a lady in labor who with every contraction she would breathe in really long and while exhaling yell out "I CANNNNN DO ITTTTTT".....it was real hard for Ben and I to watch this with a straight face. But all that to say.....we are ready for baby...
Josh & Kristi!
On their way back from their trip to Europe, Josh and Kristi stopped in to Louisville for the night. It is always so great to spend time with family and get to compare belly sizes with my sister!
Kristi 33 weeks Chelsea 35 weeks- probably our last preggy picture together.
We have the coolest sister in town that works @ REI and was able to get us this Bob jogging stroller for really cheap. For this price...who cares if it is pink! Thanks Ruth...We love it!! ( and so does Spurgeon- he jumped in as soon as we opened it up and just hung out for a few hours, we eventually strapped him in just to test it out)
Our Cousin Liz makes these great baby slings and sent us one. I'm sure baby will be living in this thing for the first few months! Again...we had to try it out with Spurg....the funny thing is he really doesn't mind, I think he likes the attention. I actually put him it the sling and made dinner with him. I think he liked to see what was on the counter tops. Crazy Cat

A Little late....
I realized that I neglected to post any pictures from our trip to California over Christmas. How in the world is it Feb already? I have been sick for the last week now. Ben had a cold last week for a few days and I knew it was only a matter of time until I got it (we like to share cooties). But this wonderful bug has stayed with me for over a week now. I mean I have not been able to breathe for over a week now. Its pretty miserable, especially being 8 mos preggers. So I have been a couch potato all weekend and am hoping that I can kick it.
So here are some pics of our trip home over the holidays, enjoy!
